When a new bug arrives in Linear, classifies it by owning team and severity, searches for likely duplicates, and applies labels. If a duplicate is highly likely, closes the new ticket with a link to the original.

1. Likely owning team (Frontend / Backend / Infra / Data)
2. Severity (P0-P3)
3. Whether it's a duplicate — use linear.search to find similar tickets opened in the last 90 days

Add appropriate labels via linear.update_issue and reassign to the right team. Post a one-line comment explaining your triage decision.

If you suspect a duplicate with >80% confidence: comment with the link to the original and close the new ticket. If 50-80%: leave a note pointing to the candidate but don't close. If <50%: don't mention duplicates.
